Also there is a swimming pool, operated by 3rd party, will be free to use when it will be opened (awaing license).
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES REFURBISHMENT: if has leak at the ceiling, might need new boiler and a/c, would benefit from new kitchen and overall painting etc. Total works including materials, appliances and kitchen are estimated at around 4,000 euros, but if done by DIY enthusiast will be much cheaper.
