Carla Rayman Kidd ( CIPS, CRS, ABR, AHWD, e-PRO, GRI, SRES, RSPS) has been a licensed agent since 1997 and achieved her broker’s license in 2002. She is a CIPS, RSPS, ABR, SRES, Bias Override, and AHWD instructor and has presented at seminars and associations all over the world. In addition to teaching classes, she has developed courses geared to students who work with foreign buyers and sellers. Along with being a Florida REALTOR®, Carla is also the Director of Development and Strategic Engagement for Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates. She oversees 30 islands from Bermuda to Trinidad and Tobago. Carla has presented at the National Association of Realtors, Prudential and Coldwell Banker national and international conventions, as well as conferences across the USA as well as in the Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, France, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Spain, Thailand, and Venezuela. Carla served as the past NAR’s Global Coordinator for North America/Central America/Caribbean (2016-2020) as well as the former President’s Liaison to Panama (2012-2016). She is currently the 2023-2024 President for FIABCI-USA.
