Heather has real estate in her blood. She joined her father’s company in December of 1999 and was an instant success, receiving her first Coldwell Banker President’s Circle Award, placing her then in the top 9% of the Coldwell Banker International network, after her first year in the business. Heather’s career has grown in leaps and bounds over the years with a primary focus on pairing Second Home Owners with Vacation Homes and Investment Properties. She enjoys every aspect of listing and selling these types of properties and assists her clients with every aspect of the transaction. Many of her Buyers have become Permanent Residents in the Bahamas and are now close friends. Heather is also an expert on Rose Island real estate and has been involved in most of the transactions there over the years.
