Although Steven’s birthplace is Florida he spent his childhood in Toronto, Canada where his Bulgarian born parents moved to in the mid 90s. Steven’s been passionate about real estate his entire life. As a child he would help his dad who owns a construction company renovate many old and new houses. After graduating high school Steven decided to follow his European roots and moved to Barcelona, Spain to study Business and Finance. Immersed in the beautiful architecture he quickly realized that his true passion was real estate. Moving to South Florida after extensive travel through Europe and South America, Steven was fascinated by the beautiful houses, neighborhoods and Florida lifestyle. He couldn’t resist the beautiful weather so Fort Lauderdale became his home and real estate became his new career.
