As all good things have to be earned, access to the chalet is only on foot. The easiest route is to go through La Lécherette and then take the Route de Neusille, always go straight on and, at the bottom of the descent, take the road that goes up opposite to the mountain pasture at an altitude of 1626 metres. You leave the car behind the Chalet des Ecrouvignes and then take the path marked in red and white. First you climb a slight slope then you arrive in the forest and follow the flat fence. Then the path starts to go down. It is still marked in red and white. When you arrive on a flat area with the yellow signposts, you have to turn left and go down to the exit of the forest. At the end of the flat path in the mountain pasture, there is the chalet Les Tsamufins. It's there.
Even if it is far from necessary to have mountain foot, good shoes and a pair of walking poles are recommended. It takes a little less than half an hour to walk from where you leave the car at the Chalet des Ecrouvignes to Les Chamufins.
The property is located outside the building zone but will not be subject to the LDFR (Law on Rural Land Law) due to the ongoing division of plot No 586 of Rossinière. The portion planned with the chalet will benefit from the appropriate land easements and a surface area of approximately 440 m2.
