Resort / Condo development land for sale in Cupecoy, Dutch St. Maarten. This prime location offers breathtaking water views across the Simpson Bay Lagoon, and is just a short walk from the island’s top rated beach Mullet Bay Beach. A total of 10,585 square meters of relatively flat land, this property is the ideal location for a modern condo or resort development.

This property was once the site of the popular Summit Resort which was originally developed in 1973 but ceased operations in 2017 after the damage caused by Hurricane Irma. The debris has been cleared and the opportunity now exists for redevelopment in the island’s most popular and sought after location. Situated on the Western boundary line of the American University of the Caribbean (AUC) this property is also just a few hundred feet away from several successful condo projects including Mullet Bay Fourteen, Jordan Village, Porto Cupecoy, The Cliff, and the recently launched Aqua Residences (already 80% sold pre-construction).
