I grew up in South Africa, halfway between Johannesburg and Pretoria, where sports and adventure were a way of life. After university—and learning to surf—I followed my curiosity about America, traveling from New York to Southern California in search of great waves and new experiences.

Life brought me to Wilmington in 2004 with my wife, Andrea, where we built Southern Sign Company, raised three kids, and became deeply involved in the community. After selling our business in 2024, I turned my focus to real estate—a natural fit after years of working alongside developers, builders, and agents.

I’m resourceful, relationship-driven, and committed to finding creative solutions for my clients. I know the value of listening, doing the research, and getting things done. When I’m not working, you’ll find me at my kids’ activities, walking Masonboro Island, or watching Manchester United.
